Chief Master Sergeant Randi Hill

Chief Master Sergeant Randi A. Hill is the State Command Chief Master Sergeant for the Kansas Air National Guard, Joint Force Headquarters, Topeka, Kansas. As the State Command Chief, she represents the highest level of enlisted leadership and provides direction for the enlisted force as well as represents their interests to the senior leaders of the organization and community. In this role, she serves as the senior enlisted advisor to the Commander of the Kansas Air National Guard and the Adjutant General of Kansas. She is directly responsible for all matters including the readiness, training, professional development, morale, and effective utilization of more than 2,200 Airmen assigned to two Wings.


CMSgt Hill is a native of Manning, Iowa. She entered the Air Force in September 1993 and graduated from Pharmacy Technical School in 1994. After three years of active duty, she transferred to the Kansas Air National Guard. She has worked in numerous positions from pharmacy services, recruiting and retention, education and training, sustainment services, and human resources. She has held senior enlisted positions while serving at the squadron, headquarters, and state levels. In May 2000, CMSgt Hill earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Friends University. Additionally, she holds a Mortuary Science Degree from Kansas City Kansas Community College as well as three associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force. She served on a humanitarian assignment in Honduras, provided medical support to NATO forces in the Ukraine, and responded to domestic operations in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria. Prior to her current position, she was the Wing Command Chief at the 184th Wing, McConnell AFB, Kansas.
