Lieutenant Colonel Christopher R. Hill is the Comptroller Flight Commander for the 190th Air Refueling Wing, Forbes Field, Topeka, Kansas. He serves as the principal financial advisor to the Wing and Group Commanders. He is also responsible for planning, managing, and directing the resource management activities for the Wing's $45 Million in annual funds including budget, accounting, manpower, and management analysis.
Lieutenant Colonel Hill enlisted in the 190th Air Refueling Group in 1988 as a Services Specialist. From 1988 to 2000 he served in a variety of positions including Training Manager and NCOIC of Lodging. He was commissioned in 2000 as a distinguished graduate of the Air National Guard Academy of Military Science. In 2002, upon request of the Wing Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Hill moved to Public Affairs as the Chief of Public Affairs in 2002. In 2003 Lieutenant Colonel Hill accepted a full-time position with the 190th Air Refueling Wing.
