FORBES FIELD AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Kan. -- FORBES FIELD AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Kan. - Master Sgt. Ryan Sipes, 190th Air Refueling Wing, Logistics Readiness Squadron, passed away in his home unexpectedly April 12, 2024.
“Ryan was a long-time teammate of all of us and his presence will be greatly missed,” said Col. Kent Crane, 190th ARW commander. “Our hearts are with his family, friends, loved ones and fellow Guardsmen.”
